Sizing Information for bangles, bracelets and cuffs
For information on the proper size for your bangle, bracelet or cuff, please visit our Sizing Information page.
If your ring is a plain band with no gemstone, Artemis will resize your ring for you at no additional cost within 60 days of receiving your order. Kindly fill out and submit our Resizing Form and Artemis will send you a return label. If your ring includes a gemstone/gemstones, resizing is not available.

If you need any adjusting after the 60 day policy, we are happy to resize it for you for an additional fee of $35. Simply reach out to us and we'll get the process started!
**Once a ring has been resized or exchanged for a different size, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Warranty & Repairs
Artemis Metalworks Offers a limited lifetime warranty for our jewelry. Artemis also covers any manufacturing defect. Please fill out and submit our Return Form and be sure to check the Warranty and Repairs box. Artemis will review and contact you with next steps. If the ring has been resized or worked on by another jeweler, or has unusual wear, we can no longer cover the ring’s repair. We will do our best to restore all damage from pools, or hot tubs, but please do not wear your jewelry in either as your jewelry will be damaged.
Artemis Metalworks will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information Artemis collects is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to notify you via email of promotions and upcoming sales.
